Hi, I’m Eloise!
I am a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Greece where I learned all about yogic philosophy, anatomy and alignment of yoga.
Now about how I got here, and what brought me to teach yoga…
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It is a chronic illness that consists of widespread pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and many other not-so-fun symptoms. At times, I have even lost the ability to walk and read, which has been scary.
Having tried loads of ways to manage my fibromyalgia, I started doing yoga online. With regular practice, I found my pain and anxiety becoming more and more manageable. So, I booked myself onto a yoga teacher training course in hopes of helping others to feel good about themselves and improve their well-being.
In my classes, I teach a lot of mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to show people that self-care can be easy and attainable for all. Let’s talk…
